I’m a chiropractor focused on movement, rehab, evidence, and empowerment. That means I take the time to understand your story, guide you through targeted movement strategies, and help you build confidence in your body—not just crack and send you on your way.

Whether you’re an athlete managing an injury or someone dealing with persistent pain, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you move forward—with purpose.

We have a variety of recovery and coaching options to meet a variety of needs. Once your provider has helped you make sense of your situation & provided you with a set of recommendations, you will decide which option best suits you (if any). Services are described in detail below.

We have a set rate for service options, but there are levels of flexibility and payment plans that can be set up on a case-by-case basis. Talk with your provider about what financial options are available as needed.

Discovery Call: $0

• The discovery call is a free 10 minute chat to learn more about your situation and to see if we would be a good fit.

Initial Consultation (60 min): $80

• During the consultation, we take the time to understand your pain experience and how it is impacting your life. This is an appointment led by you. Often, during the follow up, we come up with a strategy that works best for you to achieve your goals.

Follow-Up Appointments:

• Standard Virtual Follow-Up (40 min): $60

• Express Virtual Follow-Up (20 min): $40

• Standard In-Person Follow-Up (40 min): $70

• Express In-Person Follow-Up (20 min): $50

  • During the follow-up appointments, we review any questions or concerns you have, offer education and planning following the initial exam, fine-tune exercises, and get continued guidance on your recovery journey. In-Person appointments offer manual therapy as needed/requested.

Rehab Coaching:

• Virtual Rehab Coaching (40 min): $60

• In-Person Rehab Coaching (60 min): $100

  • Rehab Coaching is for individuals who want a provider to work with them each step of the way in their recovery until they feel confident to self-manage. We discuss your current program strategy and troubleshoot any questions or concerns. In-Person appointments offer rehab/performance session in the gym and manual therapy as needed/requested.

  • You will be given access to an exercise program you that is easily accessed in a phone app, EverFit.

  • If you invest in enough Rehab Coaching sessions to equal or exceed the cost of a full program, you will receive 50% off the full program price - so you can continue care with more support, for less.

Coaching Programs:

• Full Virtual Rehab Coaching (40 min): $300

  • This includes 6 weekly sessions, unlimited email support, and customized exercise plan.

• Full In-Person Rehab Coaching (60 min): $500

  • Everything included in Virtual Full + hands-on coaching and in-person manual therapy as needed/requested.

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Illuminate Monthly Basic: $50

  1 in-person or virtual follow-up sessions per month

• Illuminate Monthly Plus: $90

  2 in-person or virtual follow-up sessions per month

Subscriptions are ideal for those who have already gone through a rehab program or prefer regular check-ins without formal exercise programming. Included in the subscription:

• 40 min session allowing us to check-in on progress toward goals, reviewing any questions or concerns, and continued long-term guidance

• Bonus: Members receive 15% off any additional Illuminate services.
