Getting Started
Discovery Visit– FREE (60 minutes)
We dive deep into your pain experience, how it’s impacting your life, and explore your goals. This session sets the tone for everything that follows.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-ups are for education, progress checks, capacity review, manual therapy and chiropractic care as needed, and continued support.
• Standard – $50 (30 min)
• Focused – $35 (15 min)
Guided Rehab and Performance Personal Training
Best for chronic pain suffers returning to exercise, athletes needing guidance for sport, post-injury clients, or those needing hands-on, guided exercise programming and accountability.
Includes real-time movement coaching, manual therapy as needed, body composition scanning, and general health check-ins.
Movement Capacity Assessment - 3 x 60 Minute Sessions - $200

After your Movement Capacity Assessment, we’ll review training options based on what you actually need.
