Getting Started

Discovery Call – FREE (10 minutes)

A no-pressure conversation to learn more about your situation and see if we’re a good fit.

Initial Consultation – $80 (60 minutes)

We dive deep into your pain experience, how it’s impacting your life, and explore your goals. This session sets the tone for everything that follows.

Follow-Up Appointments

Virtual

• Standard – $60 (40 min)

• Express – $40 (20 min)

In-Person

• Standard – $70 (40 min)

• Express – $50 (20 min)

Includes manual therapy as needed/requested.

Follow-ups are for education, progress checks, exercise adjustments, and continued support.

Rehab Coaching Packages

Virtual Coaching

For independent clients wanting flexibility with professional guidance.

  • 6 Sessions - $270 ($45 per session)

  • 12 Sessions - $480 ($40 per session)

Includes initial support, flexible scheduling, and ongoing email check-ins.

In-Person Coaching

Best for athletes, post-injury clients, or those needing hands-on, guided exercise programming and accountability.

- 30 Minute Sessions

  • 6 Sessions - $330 ($55 per session)

  • 12 Sessions - $600 ($50 per session)

- 60 Minute Sessions

  • 6 Sessions - $510 ($85 per session)

  • 12 Sessions - $900 ($75 per session)

Includes real-time movement coaching and manual therapy as needed.

Monthly Subscriptions

Ideal for clients who’ve completed a rehab program or want regular, guided check-ins.

Illuminate Monthly Basic $50

  • 1 virtual or in-person follow-up (40 min)

Illuminate Monthly Plus $90

  • 2 virtual or in-person follow-up (40 min each)
